To request VPN access to connect to our network off campus, faculty and staff would need to have their Dean or Supervisor email the service desk (servicedesk@middlesex.mass.edu) and request this access for their employee.
If you already have access to a VPN, you were sent instructions on how to install\configure, and connect. You have already worked with a tech staff member to assist with installing and connecting.
If you are having issues with a VPN connection, please contact us and we will escalate a case with all information.
