Step 1. Go to https://mymcc.middlesex.mass.edu/.
Step 2. Enter your assigned user ID in the username field and your password.
If you do not know or have forgotten your My MCC login information, you may obtain your information by using the Self-Help Tool, at https://www.middlesex.mass.edu/getmymcc/.
Please note: The Self-Help Tool can be used by MCC Students, Faculty, and Staff, however, most MCC Consultants cannot use the Self-Help Tool to lookup or reset their passwords. Consultants must contact the Service Desk (978-656-3301 or servicedesk@middlesex.mass.edu) and have the Service Desk create a request ticket for the IT group for further action. The consultants MCC sponsor may also issue this request on the consultant’s behalf.
