MCC has now have dedicated setups for ECE interviews at each campus. 

Lowell Campus, LF-301 Court Room 

Bedford Campus, Trustees House, Galvani Room 

There is a camera\microphone setup along with the software needed. MCC have setup an account for users to log into www.zoom.us to schedule the meetings and send to the applicant. 

if you need to schedule a Zoom meeting and send a meeting request to the applicant:

  1. Go to www.zoom.us and login with the credentials (provided through the Help Desk). 

  2. Click on Schedule a meeting and fill out the appropriate selection (As given below).

  3. Update the Topic and Description and fill out the date and time.

  4. Change the Video for Host and Participant to On. Audio should be set to Both. Also check off Require meeting password and Enable waiting room then click Save.

  5. Now click on Copy the Invitation on the right hand side of the page. Then click on Copy Meeting Invitation.

  6. Open and create a new email, and paste the Copy Meeting Invitation into the email. 

  7. Send the email to the applicants you are going to interview. The applicant will receive the link to join the meeting without having to log in or download any software. 

  8. Just before the meeting starts, log into the site, and go to My Meetings where you will see your scheduled meeting. 

  9. Click on Start to start the meeting.
