Staff and Faculty are provided a personal network drive by default, called their “H” drive. This can only be accessed when plugged in (not wireless) to our administrator network on campus, or through a VPN or RSA token off campus. It would be listed and available when clicking on the “My Computer” icon that lists all the drives connected to their computer, after they log into the network. You also have access to a cloud base drive called “One Drive.” This will hold 5GB of space.

One Drive access for Staff\Faculty:
  1. Open a web browser, and log into the MyMCC Portal
  2. Click the six small boxes icon at the top left hand side corner of the web page.
  3. You will see an option for Onedrive to click on.
  4. Your Microsoft OneDrive folder displayed.
  5. You can add your documents by dragging them onto the OneDrive folder.
  6. When you add a file successfully, it will be displayed in the file list
One Drive access For Students:

Students have access to a cloud drive called OneDrive. This can be accessed by:

  4. Your Microsoft OneDrive folder displayed.
